Using a PAX Credit Card Device

Select your customer and your item in the Point of Sale
Click Finish.

3. Click Credit on the tender screen.

4. Your transaction will display on the PAX device screen.

5. You will receive a notification of successful payment on the PAX device and the customer's receipt will be generated in InTouch Pay. You can print or email the receipt, or have the customer scan the QR code, and click Done.

Note: To cancel the transaction, click the back arrow in the top left corner of the device. Once you have canceled the transaction, a red banner will appear across the top of the tender screen in InTouch Pay that says Aborted.
