With the new PSD Badges, copy codes have been standardized to five digits. Your copy code is the five digit code on the back of your badge:

Note: You will no longer need to enter a '1' and/or '0' when entering the badge code. This applies to both the computer and physically at the copier itself.

macOS:

1. Click this link which will open the Self Service application and launch the Copy Code Updater.

2. If this link does not work Open on the Self Service App on your Mac, the icon looks like this 

3. On the featured page you will need to run the sharp copy code updater

Windows:

1. Click the Windows Logo

2. Type 'printers'

3. Click 'Printers & Scanners'

4. For each Sharp Copier you have added and would like the code updated, select Manage and go through steps 5-7:

5. Select Printing Preferences

6. Select Job Handling

7. Replace the User Number field with your new 5-digit copy code, then click OK.
