Once all Incognito windows are closed, all History, Cookies and Caches from that browsing session are deleted.

Right click on the Chrome icon in the taskbar
Click "New Incognito Window"

Mac

Right click on the Google Chrome icon on the Dock
Click "New Incognito Window"
